    Before any home staging consultation I talk with the realtor to discuss any concerns they have about the listing. This helps me be a partner & address tough subjects with the home owner. While in the home I offer guidance on furniture placement, decor changes, cleaning, organization, paint changes as needed, odor removal & other specific needs. All clients receive a copy of my ‘Home Staging Guidebook’ to keep as a reference.
